Margaretha Heim was born on 6 November 1840 at Montoursville, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.¹ She was the daughter of Gottlieb Heim and Margaretha Steiger. Margaretha Heim married, at age 23, David B. Waltz, age 23, son of George Waltz and Katharina Strobel, on Thursday, 26 May 1864.² Margaretha Heim died on 18 November 1930 at Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 90 years and 12 days.¹ She was buried in the Mound Cemetery, located in Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
