     Arzella Allen was born on 28 January 1857.1 She married David Kiess, son of George Kiess and Christina Ann Wurster, circa 1885.2 Arzella Allen died on 6 June 1953 at age 96 years, 4 months and 9 days.1 She was buried in lot 226-229F, in the Wildwood Cemetery, located in Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.3
