Betty M. Dunkleberger, 82, of Susquehanna Township, Harrisburg, and formerly of Williamsport, passed away Saturday, August 2, 2008, at her home.
Born May 28, 1926, in Williamsport, she was a daughter of the late William and Dorothy Brewer Denius.
Betty retired from GTE Sylvania in Muncy, PA and was a member of Calvary United Methodist Church, Williamsport. She was preceded in death by her husband Laverne Dunkleberger.
Surviving are her four children: Scott Royer of Ephrata, William Dunkleberger of Atlanta, GA, Lisa Kelley of Halifax, Gail Smith of Williamsport, a sister Sara Quigley of Williamsport and 7 grandchildren, Michael Royer of Binghamton, NY; Darryl Royer of Charleston Naval Base, SC; Jacob Dunkleberger of Savannah, GA; Andrew Dunkleberger of Atlanta, GA; Nicole Kelley, Kayla Kelley and Kristina Kelley all of Halifax.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Malpezzi Funeral Home, Mechanicsburg is handling the arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Central PA, PO Box 266, Enola, PA 17025.
