Eleanor L. Fox was born on 19 July 1926 at Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1,2 She was the daughter of LaRue Fox and Ethel Worthington.1 Eleanor L. Fox married, at age 20, Max L. Paulhamus, son of Verus Levi Paulhamus and Della Viola Roller, on Friday, 6 June 1947 at Calvary Methodist Church, Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, by the Reverend Ralph D. Hinkelman.3 Eleanor L. Fox died on 28 September 2005 at 5033 Daughertys Run Road, Linden, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 79 years, 2 months and 9 days.1,2 She was buried on 1 October 2005 in the State Road United Methodist Church Cemetery, located in Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. The funeral service was officiated by Reverend Robert W. Regan.1
Her obituary was published on 29 September 2005 in the Williamsport Sun-Gazette, printed in Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. Her obituary stated:
Eleanor L. Paulhamus, 79 of 5033 Daughertys Run Road, Linden, died Wednesday, September 28, 2005 at her home following an extended illness.
She and her husband, Max L. Paulhamus, observed their 58th wedding anniversary on June 6.
Eleanor was a member of the Buchanan Baptist Church and a 1944 graduate of the Williamsport High School.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Knight-Confer’s, 1914 Memorial Ave., with Rev. Robert W. Regan, officiating. There will be a visitation from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be at State Road Cemetery. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Buchanan Baptist Church, 1231 Huling Rd., Linden, PA 17744.1 According to the Social Security Administrations Death Index Eleanor's last known residence was Linden, Woodward Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.2
