     Laura Ellen Stroble was born on 5 September 1876 at Rose Valley, Gamble Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1 She was the daughter of William Stroble and Elizabeth Bidelspacher. Laura Ellen Stroble married, at age 23, Simon J. Ulmer, age 24, son of Joseph Ulmer and Sarah Waltz, on Thursday, 15 February 1900 at Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1 Laura Ellen Stroble died on 26 December 1955 at Loyalsock Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 79 years, 3 months and 21 days.2 She was buried in the Wildwood Cemetery, located in Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.2
