Sarah Caroline Gage was born in 1855 at Thornapple Township, Barry County, Michigan. She married John G. Cassel, age 26, son of Abraham B. Cassel and Catherine Gehman, on Tuesday, 24 April 1883. Sarah Caroline Gage died in 1900 at age 45 years.
