Sonora Louisa Hicklin was born on 5 August 1825 at Greenwood, Cass County, Missouri.1 She was the daughter of Esquire John Hicklin and Margaret Gleans. Sonora Louisa Hicklin married, at age 20, William Montgomery Boggs, age 19, son of Lilburn Wycliffe Boggs and Panthea Grant Boone, on Monday, 23 March 1846 at Van Buren County, Missouri.1 Sonora Louisa Hicklin died on 5 March 1902 at age 76 years and 7 months.1
