Arthur Bernet was born on 29 November 1922.2 He was the son of Arthur Lewis Bernet and Mary Zammeralli.1 Arthur Bernet married, at age 26, Margaret Carpenter Waltz, age 17, daughter of William Wilson Waltz and Florence M. Carpenter, on Friday, 21 January 1949 at Tottenville, Richmond County, New York.1 Arthur Bernet died on 24 September 2003 at age 80 years, 9 months and 26 days.2
