Eloise Bolinger was born on 9 April 1872.1 She was the daughter of Benjamin Bolinger and Sarah Ann Yoakum.1 Eloise Bolinger married, at age 18, John T. Fortner, son of Elisha F. Fortner and Sarah Jane Day, on Sunday, 13 April 1890.1 Eloise Bolinger died on 19 April 1936 at age 64 years and 10 days.1
