     Otis Simmons was born on 14 November 1908 at Claiborne County, Tennessee.1 He was the son of Zea M. Simmons and Sarah Rebecca Hurst.1 Otis Simmons married Harriet Wilcox circa 1932. Otis Simmons died on 4 November 2003 at New Tazewell, Claiborne County, Tennessee, at age 94 years, 11 months and 21 days.1
