     Ida Elizabeth Kiess was born on 28 May 1876 at Whetstone Township, Crawford County, Ohio.1,2 She was the daughter of Jonathan H. Kiess and Elizabeth Koch.1,2 Ida Elizabeth Kiess married, at age 18, Samuel D. Kaiser, age 19, son of William F. Kaiser and Catharine Klink, on Saturday, 1 December 1894.1,2 Ida Elizabeth Kiess died on 7 June 1974 at age 98 years and 10 days.2
