     Robert Jacob Kinley was born on 9 September 1926 at Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.2 He was the son of Grover C. Kinley and Mary Ann Metzler.2 Robert Jacob Kinley first married, at age 23, Ruth Dorothy Winner, age 21, daughter of Harry M. Winner and Mary Roberta Pidcoe, on Friday, 28 July 1950.2 Robert Jacob Kinley married a second time Grace A. Levan, daughter of Norman P. Levan and Anna Josephine Fry, in 1984.2 Robert Jacob Kinley died on 5 January 2007 at Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 80 years, 3 months and 27 days.1,2
     His obituary was published on 6 January 2007 in the Williamsport Sun-Gazette, printed in Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. His obituary stated:

     Robert J. Kinley, 80, of Liberty Drive Extension, died Friday, Jan. 5, 2007, at his home following an extended illness.

Bob and his wife, the former Grace A. LeVan-Hensler, were married for 23 years. His first wife, the former Ruth D. Winner died on July 21, 1975.

He had worked for the former Avco for 26 years, owned and operated Kinley’s Subaru on Lycoming Creek Road from 1969, being the oldest Subaru Dealer in the nation, until his retirement on Aug. 1, 2006. Bob attended Faith Wesleyan Church, enjoyed hunting, the outdoors, spending time at his cabin on Pleasant Stream, selling Subaru’s and meeting new people.

Born Sept. 9, 1926 in Williamsport he was the son of Grover C. and Mary A. Metzler Kinley.

Surviving in addition to his wife are sons, Gregory C. and Timothy G. both of Williamsport, Paul W. (Pamela) of Cogan Station and a stepson, Robert C. (Cynthia) Hensler of Georgia; daughters, Rebecca R. (Timothy) Laird of Cogan Station, Judy A. Kinley of South Williamsport and a stepdaughter, Sharon (Terry) Knittle of Williamsport; brothers, Alvin R. of Williamsport, Donald C. of Midway, W.Va., and Joel E. of Powell, Tenn., fourteen grandchildren, five step grandchildren, four great grandchildren and four step great grandchildren.

He was predeceased by a son, Wayne R., a brother, Dalton E. and a sister, Eleanor E. Moore.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Knight-Confer’s, 1914 Memorial Ave., with the Revs. Ronald Julian of Dalton, Ohio and Timothy K. Hartzell, his pastor, officiating. There will be a visitation from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Wildwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to the Susquehanna Hospice, 1001 Grampian Blvd., Williamsport, PA 17701.2
