William Truman Ulmer1

     William Truman Ulmer was born on 14 March 1914 at Balls Mills, Hepburn Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1 He was the son of Arthur Walter Ulmer and Mary Elizabeth Waltz. William Truman Ulmer married, at age 25, Lulu Harmon Horn, age 21, daughter of Archie Ernest Horn and Anna Mary Harman, on Tuesday, 4 April 1939 at Warrensville Baptist Church, Warrensville, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, by the Reverend J. O. Baer.2 William Truman Ulmer died on 18 October 1980 at Divine Providence Hospital, Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 66 years, 7 months and 4 days.1 He was buried in the Twin Hills Memorial Park, located in Fairfield Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.3
