     Norman Martin Ulmer was born on 25 May 1885 at Dawson, Richardson County, Nebraska.1,2 He was the son of Emanuel Ulmer and Sarah Elizabeth Heim.1 Norman Martin Ulmer married, at age 26, Meredith Miller, age 27 on Wednesday, 24 April 1912.3 Norman Martin Ulmer married, at age 47, Pearl Brandstetter, age 36 on Saturday, 24 December 1932.3 Norman Martin Ulmer died on 10 February 1964 at Winterset, Madison County, Iowa, at age 78 years, 8 months and 16 days.3,2 He was buried in the Heim Cemetery, located in Dawson, Richardson County, Nebraska.3
     He Norman had no children with either of his wives.
