     Gerald Scipio Livingston was born on 28 April 1918 at Wathena, Doniphan County, Kansas. He was the son of James Wesley Livingston and Anna Louetta Liechti. Gerald Scipio Livingston died on 22 January 1988 at Fort Lyon, Bent County, Colorado, at age 69 years, 8 months and 25 days. He was buried in section V, site 1770, in the Fort Logan National Cemetery, located in Denver, Denver County, Colorado.
