Isaac Stoltz was born on 23 December 1873 at Cogan Station, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1 He was the son of William Stoltz and Mary Ann Ulmer. Isaac Stoltz married, at age 26, Stella Story, age 22 on Sunday, 24 December 1899. Isaac Stoltz died on 18 October 1934 at age 60 years, 9 months and 25 days.1 He was buried Onaga, Pottawatomie County, Kansas.1
He owned a farm in Nebraska and then near Onaga, Kansas. He retired in 1925 to Winter Park, Florida. He was a farmer.
