     Ronald L. Fullmer was born on 22 July 1942.1 He was the son of Orville Fullmer and Gladys Amelia Hyde. Ronald L. Fullmer married, at age 24, Lois Jean Moyer, daughter of Arthur S. Moyer and Viola Mary Horn, on Saturday, 22 April 1967.1 Ronald L. Fullmer died on 14 January 1990 at Salladasburg, Mifflin Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 47 years, 5 months and 23 days.1 He was buried on 17 January 1990 in the Twin Hills Memorial Park, located in Fairfield Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1
