     Arthur S. Moyer was born on 25 July 1904 at Salladasburg, Mifflin Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1 He was the son of Jacob Isaiah Moyer and Mary Elizabeth Delker. Arthur S. Moyer married, at age 32, Viola Mary Horn, age 29, daughter of James T. Horn and Alice J. Kyle, on Tuesday, 16 March 1937. Arthur S. Moyer died on 21 April 1967 at Salladasburg, Mifflin Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 62 years, 8 months and 27 days.1 He was buried on 25 April 1967 in the Twin Hills Memorial Park, located in Fairfield Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1
     He was Avco.
