Granville P. VanBebber was born on 5 February 1831 at Powell Valley, Claiborne County, Tennessee.1 He was the son of Gabriel VanBebber and Barbara Carlock.1 Granville P. VanBebber married, at age 23, Mary Lee, age 19 on Thursday, 20 April 1854 at Pulaski County, Kentucky.2,1 Granville P. VanBebber died on 6 April 1889 at Carl Junction, Jasper County, Missouri, at age 58 years, 2 months and 1 day.1
