Elizabeth VanBibber was born in 1838 at Greenup County, Kentucky. She was the daughter of Ezekiel VanBibber and Susan Rice. Elizabeth VanBibber first married William Nethercutt on Saturday, 28 January 1854. Elizabeth VanBibber married a second time Benjamin F. Williams in 1866. Elizabeth VanBibber died in 1906 at Verona, Lawrence County, Missouri, at age 68 years.1
