Wilbur Larue Springman was born on 21 October 1909 at Fairfield Center, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. He was the son of Harry Springman and Sarah Stabler. Wilbur Larue Springman first married, at age 21, Evelyn Miller on Saturday, 8 August 1931.1 Wilbur Larue Springman married a second time, at age 32, Anna Rose Maneval on Saturday, 7 February 1942.1 Wilbur Larue Springman died on 17 June 1974 at age 64 years, 7 months and 27 days.1 He was buried in the Twin Hills Memorial Park, located in Fairfield Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
