     Ruth Mildred Boyer was born on 16 July 1909.1 She was the daughter of John M. Boyer and Mary Ann Stabler. Ruth Mildred Boyer was baptized at Amity Baptist Church, Amity, Yamhill County, Oregon.2 She married, at age 23, Charles Carter Baker, age 26 on Friday, 14 October 1932 at Scio, Linn County, Oregon.3 Ruth Mildred Boyer died on 24 July 1996 at age 87 years and 8 days.1
