     Watson A. Kiess was born on 4 October 1883 at Woodward Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.2,3 He was the son of Joseph Kiess and Eva Maria Wurster.1 Watson A. Kiess married, at age 24, Ottie L. Greenaway, age 21, daughter of John Greenaway and Annie Brumgardner, on Saturday, 11 April 1908.2 Watson A. Kiess married, at age 33, Sadie L. Kennedy, age 34 on Wednesday, 21 March 1917.2 Watson A. Kiess died on 21 August 1974 at Lewisburg, East Buffalo Township, Union County, Pennsylvania, at age 90 years, 10 months and 17 days.3 He was buried on 23 August 1974 in the Woodward Township Cemetery, located in Woodward Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
