Moses Mann Hill was born on 18 May 1797 at Virginia.1 He was the son of Spencer Hill and Mary Rutherford. Moses Mann Hill married, at age 22, Felicity Brown VanBibber, age 22, daughter of Matthias VanBibber and Margaret Robinson, on Thursday, 20 April 1820. Moses Mann Hill died on 27 February 1872 at Nicholas County, West Virginia, at age 74 years, 9 months and 9 days.
