Charlotte Scheel was born on 4 November 1807 at Blooming Grove, Hepburn Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1 She was the daughter of Ferdinand Friederich Scheel and Maria Agnes Losch.1 Charlotte Scheel married Johann Heischle, son of Johannes Heischle and Christiana C. Werfer, circa 1829 at Blooming Grove, Hepburn Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1 Charlotte Scheel died on 20 October 1876 at age 68 years, 11 months and 16 days.1 She has also been reported to have died 24 October 1876. She was buried in the Buckley Fairview Cemetery, located in Farragut, Upper Fairfield Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1
