     Daniel Sheldon Grove was born on 30 December 1918 at Linden, Woodward Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1 He was the son of John R. Grove and Blanche Hepburn. Daniel Sheldon Grove married, at age 27, Gladys Rhoda Horn, daughter of Ellis Wilson Horn and Sarah Matilda Paulhamus, on Thursday, 15 August 1946 at Presbyterian Church, Linden, Woodward Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, by the Reverend Sinclair Reed.2 Daniel Sheldon Grove died on 21 April 1977 at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, Mahoning Township, Montour County, Pennsylvania, at age 58 years, 3 months and 22 days.1 He was buried on 23 April 1977 in the Buchanan Baptist Church Cemetery, located in Old Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1
     He was Lundy Lumber Company.
