     Watson Isaiah Waltz was born circa 1893 at Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1 He was the son of Immanuel J. Waltz and Sarah Duitch Marshall. Watson Isaiah Waltz married Martha Evil Mahaffey, age 21, daughter of William Eli Mahaffey and Nancy Jane Paulhamus, on Saturday, 17 November 1917. Watson Isaiah Waltz died on 12 January 1962 at Williamsport Hospital, Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1 He was buried on 15 January 1962 in the State Road United Methodist Church Cemetery, located in Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.2
     He and Martha Evil Mahaffey appeared on the census of 6 January 1920 at Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
