Abraham Sweeley

Abraham Sweeley died on 12 November 1895 at home of William Harmon, 306 Elm street, Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 74 years, 8 months and 7 days.2,1 He was buried on 15 November 1895 in the Buchanan Baptist Church Cemetery, located in Old Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1,2

His obituary was published on 13 November 1895 in the Daily Gazette & Bulletin, printed in Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. His obituary stated:
Abram Swelley [actually Sweely on the tombstone] died at the residence of his son-in-law, William Arulon [actually Harmon], 306 Elm street, Eleventh ward, at 10 o'clock last night, aged 74 years, 8 months and 7 days. The funeral will take place Friday morning. Meet at the house at 9 o'clock and proceed to Bucannan church above Newberry where services will be held at 10:30 o'clock. Interment at the church cemetery.2
