     Josiah Updegraff was born on 29 October 1773 at York County, Province of Pennsylvania, America.2 He was the son of Joseph Updegraff and Mary Webb.1 Josiah Updegraff died on 17 September 1815 at Wheeling, Ohio County, Virginia, at age 41 years, 10 months and 19 days.2
