     Robert Norman Wilt was born on 14 December 1916 at Sunbury, Upper Augusta Township, Northumberland County, Pennsylvania.1,3 He was the son of Samuel Barner Wilt and Bertha Irene Frey.2 Robert Norman Wilt married Lorraine Murphy circa 1946.3 Robert Norman Wilt married Eleanor Houriham Murphy circa 1984.3 Robert Norman Wilt died on 15 October 1993 at age 76 years, 10 months and 1 day.1,4 He has also been reported to have died 29 October 1993.3
     He was the editor of the Muncy Luminary daily newspaper between 1947 and 1980. According to the Social Security Administrations Death Index Robert's last known residence was Santa Barbara, Santa Barbara County, California.1
