David Joseph Stoltz was born on 2 February 1939 at Fulton County, Ohio.1 He was the son of Floyd Merle Stoltz and Edna Josie Meek. David Joseph Stoltz married Marilyn Lee Grisier in 1959 at West Unity, Williams County, Ohio.1 David Joseph Stoltz died on 8 August 1998 at age 59 years, 6 months and 6 days.1
He was employed as a principal for an Ohio School System. His obituary was published on 11 August 1998 in the The Journal Gazette, printed in Fort Wayne, Allen County, Indiana. His obituary stated:
West Unity - DAVID JOSEPH STOLTZ - 59, died Saturday at home. Born in Fulton County, he was principal of Hilltop High School, retiring in 1992. He also was superintendent and a teacher of the school, and a Williams County supervisor. Surviving are his wife, Marilyn; two daughters, Kristine Huff of Warwick, R.I., and Lynne Nofziger of West Unity; a brother, Edwin Daryl of Peoria, Ariz; a sister, Nancy Swihart of Peru, Ind; and three grandchildren.
Memorial services at 2 p.m. EDT (1 p.m. Fort Wayne time) Aug. 23 at West Unity United Methodist Church. No calling.
