Miriam Slaughter Welch married, at age 20, Lewis Fry Donnally, age 34, son of Andrew Donnally and Marjory VanBibber, on Wednesday, 4 May 1859 at Kanawha County, Virginia.^2,1 Miriam Slaughter Welch died on 12 April 1915 at Kanawha County, West Virginia, at age 76 years and 2 months.³ She was buried in the Spring Hill Cemetery, located in Charleston, Kanawha County, West Virginia.³
