Etta Leora VanBebber was born on 24 January 1900 at Claiborne County, Tennessee. She was the daughter of James Franklin VanBebber and Betty Malinda Sharp. Etta Leora VanBebber died on 13 April 1985 at Claiborne County, Tennessee, at age 85 years, 2 months and 20 days. She was buried in the Yoakum Cemetery, located in Speedwell, Claiborne County, Tennessee.
