Mourning Ann Young

     Mourning Ann Young was born on 15 June 1838 at Unionville, Monroe County, Indiana.¹ She was the daughter of Harvey Young and Ellender Forgy Weddel. Mourning Ann Young married, at age 13, George Luther Boone, age 25, son of Alphonso Boone and Nancy Linville Boone, on Wednesday, 31 March 1852. Mourning Ann Young died on 19 January 1920 at Toledo, Lincoln County, Oregon, at age 81 years, 7 months and 4 days.
     She and George Luther Boone appeared on the census of 18 June 1900 at Toledo, Lincoln County, Oregon.
