Victor L. Boone

     Victor L. Boone was born on 22 May 1881 at Oregon.¹ He was the son of George Luther Boone and Mourning Ann Young.¹ Victor L. Boone married, at age 37, Mildred Rachel Smith on Tuesday, 31 December 1918 at Multnomah County, Oregon. Victor L. Boone died on 11 September 1921 at age 40 years, 3 months and 20 days.
