     Ralph William Cline was born on 7 September 1916 at Mud Run, Mifflin Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.2 He was the son of William Albert Cline and Minnie Fisher. Ralph William Cline married, at age 28, Eva Elizabeth Heyd, age 29, daughter of James Warren Heyd and Elizabeth Mabel Zinck, on Saturday, 28 October 1944. Ralph William Cline died on 23 December 1971 at age 55 years, 3 months and 16 days.2 He was buried in the Salladasburg Cemetery, located in Salladasburg, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
