Thomas Ives Fulfer Jr.

     Thomas Ives Fulfer Jr. was born on 10 July 1868 at Greenville, Hunt County, Texas. He was the son of Thomas Ives Fulfer and Olive VanBibber. Thomas Ives Fulfer Jr. married, at age 18, Martha L. Robertson, age 14 on Saturday, 10 July 1886. Thomas Ives Fulfer Jr. died on 2 October 1943 at age 75 years, 2 months and 22 days. He was buried on 3 October 1943 in the Miami Cemetery, located in Roberts County, Texas.

THOS. I. FULFER DIES AT HOME HERE SATURDAY (1943)

     Thomas I. Fulfer, 75, retired farmer and resident of Miami since 1911, died at his home in east Miami at 5 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 2, after an illness of several years. Mr. Fulfer was a native Texas, born at Greenville.

     Funeral services were conducted at the Church of Christ in Miami at 3 o'clock Sunday afternoon, by Minister Luke Priba, pastor of the Church of Christ at Pampa. The choir was composed of a mixed double quartet.

     Pallbearers were, Zack Jaggers, Claude Edwards, Frank Welch, Orgille Smith, W. C. Scott and H. H. Hardin.

     Funeral arrangements were in charge of the Duenkel-Carmichael Funeral Home, Pampa. Burial was made in the Miami cemetery.

Thomas I. Fulfer

     Born July 10, 1868, at Greenville, Hunt County, Texas, he had resided in Texas all his life. On July 10, 1886, he was united in marriage to Miss Mattie L. Robertson. To this union was born six children, three sons and three daughters. Two sons preceded him in death. Surviving him are one son, Frank Fulfer, Borger, Texas; three daughters, Mrs. Effie Hollis, Canadian, Texas; Mrs. Vernon Williams, Amarillo, Texas; and Mrs. F. E. Hobbs, El Paso, Texas; six grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Deceased had been a faithful member of the Church of Christ for 34 years.
