     William Stanhope Boal was born on 16 January 1856 at Greenup County, Kentucky. He was the son of William King Boal and Elizabeth Naomi VanBibber. William Stanhope Boal died on 10 December 1933 at age 77 years, 10 months and 24 days. He was buried in the Evergreen Cemetery, located in Newport, Campbell County, Kentucky.
