Elizabeth Naomi VanBibber was born in June 1837 at Kentucky. She was the daughter of James VanBibber and Naomi Barton White. Elizabeth Naomi VanBibber married, at age 17, William King Boal, age 23, son of James Boal and Agnes Frederick, on Thursday, 5 April 1855. Elizabeth Naomi VanBibber died on 17 February 1913 at age 75 years and 8 months.
