John Franklin Beach was born on 12 March 1890 at Hepburnville, Hepburn Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. He was the son of Daniel Beach and Mary Amanda Fischer. John Franklin Beach married, at age 28, Caroline Josephine Durrwachter, age 20, daughter of Johann Gottlieb Durrwachter and Maria Kapfenstein, on Tuesday, 16 July 1918. John Franklin Beach died on 21 July 1943 at age 53 years, 4 months and 9 days. He was buried in the Stoltz Cemetery, located in Hepburn Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
