Araetta Maria Coudon was born on 8 January 1889 at Woodlands, Cecil County, Maryland.1 She was the daughter of Joseph Coudon IV and Araetta Maria Wroth. Araetta Maria Coudon married, at age 27, Edwin Lowery Hoopes, age 34 on Saturday, 28 October 1916.1 Araetta Maria Coudon died on 19 May 1966 at Princeton, Mercer County, New Jersey, at age 77 years, 4 months and 11 days.1 She was buried in the Saint Mary Ann's Episcopal Cemetery, located in North East, Cecil County, Maryland.1
