Beulah Vivian Pidcoe was born on 15 April 1901 at Warrensville, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1 She was the daughter of George H. Pidcoe and Mary Weinman.2 Beulah Vivian Pidcoe married, at age 20, Martin J. Winter, age 24, son of Hiram E. Winter and Emily J. Smithgall, on Saturday, 16 April 1921 at Warrensville, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.2 Beulah Vivian Pidcoe died on 30 January 2000 at Sycamore Manor Health Center, Montoursville, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 98 years, 9 months and 15 days.2
Her obituary was published on 1 February 2000 in the Williamsport Sun-Gazette, printed in Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. Her obituary stated:
Beulah V. Winter, 98, of Sycamore Manor, formerly of 51 Rawle St., Montoursville, died Sunday, Jan. 30, 2000. Her husband, Martin J. Winter, died Jan. 23, 1953.
She had been employed at the former Penn Garment Company. She was a member of Evangelical Friends Church.
Born April 15, 1901, in Proctor, she was a daughter of George and Mary Weiman Pidcoe.
Surviving are daughter, Grace W. LeFever, with whom she lived; a grandson, David LeFever; three great-grandchildren, Leslie Hoover, Lauri LeFever and Daniel LeFever; and two great-great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Spitler’s, 733 E. Broad St., with her pastor, the Rev. Richard D. Gessling officiating. Burial will be at Montoursville Cemetary. Friends may call at the funeral home from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday. The family will provide the flowers.2
