     Charles Raper Bidelspacher was born on 19 January 1911 at Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.2,1 He was the son of Charles Franklin Bidelspacher and Grace Catherine Raper. Charles Raper Bidelspacher married, at age 26, Marjorie Treneer, age 22 on Saturday, 24 April 1937.3 Charles Raper Bidelspacher died on 28 September 1993 at age 82 years, 8 months and 9 days.1
