Charles Franklin Bidelspacher was born on 26 June 1876 at Pleasant Valley, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1 He was the son of Jacob Bidelspacher and Sophia Ulmer. Charles Franklin Bidelspacher married, at age 33, Grace Catherine Raper, age 24, daughter of Thomas W. Raper and Mary A. Vroman, on Saturday, 25 December 1909. Charles Franklin Bidelspacher died in 1959 at age 82 years.
He Charles was admitted to the Bar in 1908. He was later elected to the State Legislator in 1916. He was Attorney - Wmspt, PA.
