     Howard Leslie Moffat was born on 10 June 1907 at McKeesport, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.1 He married, at age 40, Helen Evelyn Shafer, age 28, daughter of Elmer Dewey Shafer and Elsie Elizabeth Fisher, on Friday, 19 March 1948. Howard Leslie Moffat died on 16 March 1991 at Humana Hospital, Saint Petersburg, Pinellas County, Florida, at age 83 years, 9 months and 6 days.1 He was buried in the Memorial Park Cemetery, located in Saint Petersburg, Pinellas County, Florida.
