Elsie Elizabeth Fisher was born on 13 February 1893 at Blooming Grove, Hepburn Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1 She was the daughter of Charles Franklin Fisher and Hannah Heim. Elsie Elizabeth Fisher married, at age 24, Elmer Dewey Shafer, age 24, son of Ephraim Shafer and Melinda Koch, on Tuesday, 13 February 1917.1 Elsie Elizabeth Fisher died on 5 November 1970 at Saint Petersburg, Pinellas County, Florida, at age 77 years, 8 months and 23 days.1 She was buried in the Woodlawn Cemetery, located in Saint Petersburg, Pinellas County, Florida.1
