     Robert R. Mosteller was born on 18 June 1912 at Quaker Hill, Eldred Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1 He was the son of William Hiram Mosteller and Saloma Philips. Robert R. Mosteller married, at age 23, Belinda Shafer, age 23, daughter of Horace Arthur Shafer and Margaret Dorothea Schaeffer, on Saturday, 16 November 1935 at Hepburn Baptist Church, Hepburn Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.2 Robert R. Mosteller died on 7 June 1986 at Shants Teaching Hospital, Gainesville, Alachua County, Florida, at age 73 years, 11 months and 20 days.2 He was buried Quaker Hill, Eldred Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
     He Lived near Quaker Hill. He also did some farming. He was Spencer Heating Co.
