David T. Reeder was born on 11 May 1927 at Eldred Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.2,1 He was the son of Grant Laverne Reeder and Dorothy Souter.1 David T. Reeder married, at age 22, Gladys Pauline Ulmer, age 20, daughter of Charles Ervin Ulmer and Margaret Sophia Dangle, on Friday, 21 April 1950.2,1 David T. Reeder died on 15 February 2018 at Arista Care, Loyalsock Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 90 years, 9 months and 4 days.1 He was buried on 20 February 2018 in the Montoursville Cemetery, located in Montoursville, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. The funeral service was officiated by Reverend Richard Melvin Barner.1
David T. Reeder was in military service during World War II circa 1945 in the United States Navy.1 His obituary was published on 17 February 2018 in the Williamsport Sun-Gazette, printed in Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. His obituary stated:

David T. Reeder, of Montoursville, died on Feb. 15, 2018, at Arista Care in Loyalsock Twp. He was born May 11, 1927, in Eldred Twp., the son of the late Grant L. and Dorothy (Souter) Reeder.
Dave had worked for the PA Game Commission, former GTE Sylvania in Montoursville, and Grit Publishing before retiring in 1992 from the Montoursville Area School District.
He was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church where he was a church treasurer for over 30 years and a trustee, and was a member of High Rock Hunting Club. He had served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.
Dave loved the lord, his family, and serving his church. Getting family together for holidays and birthdays were very important. His hobby of repairing and fixing bikes for his grandchildren and resale led to repairing them for the American Rescue Workers, up to 100 per year.
He and his wife of 67 years, the former Gladys P. Ulmer, enjoyed yard sailing, delivering Meals-On-Wheels, and doing for others in general.
Surviving in addition to his wife are two sons, Gary D. (Wendy) and Steven L. (Bonnie), both of Montoursville; a daughter, Janice M. (Rev. James) Sunderland, of Montoursville; a brother, Don E. Reeder, of Warrensville; a sister, Jane R. Ulmer, of Montoursville; eight grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held at Bethel United Methodist Church, 400 Montour St., Montoursville with Rev. Richard M. Barner officiating. Burial in Montoursville Cemetery.1
