     Gary K. Thomas was born on 3 December 1933 at Jersey Shore, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.3 He was the son of Ross Benjamin Thomas and Charlotte Miller.1 Gary K. Thomas married, at age 31, Ann Louise Waltz, age 25, daughter of Howell LaRue Waltz and Evelyn Regina Paulhamus, on Saturday, 25 September 1965 at State Road Evangelical United Brethren Church, Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, by the Reverend Herbert Samuel Entz.1,2 Gary K. Thomas died on 6 April 1987 at Williamsport Hospital, Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 53 years, 4 months and 3 days.3,2 He was buried on 9 April 1987 in the Wildwood Cemetery, located in Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.4,2
     He was in military service with the Air Force between 1950 and 1953 during the Korean War. He was a county tax collector in 1985.
