Irma Ruth Waltz was born on 22 June 1929 at Newberry, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.2 She was the daughter of Truman M. Waltz and Naomi M. Pepperman. Irma Ruth Waltz married, at age 19, Bernard LaRue Paulhamus, son of Lloyd Preston Paulhamus and Gertrude Ellen Ulmer, on Saturday, 16 October 1948 at Saint John's Evangelical United Brethren Church, Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.3 Irma Ruth Waltz died on 15 September 1998 at age 69 years, 2 months and 24 days.2 She was buried in the State Road United Methodist Church Cemetery, located in Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
She graduated in 1947 from Williamsport High School, located in Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. She played in the Band and was a member of the Home Economics Club as well as the Victory Aids organization.1 She was employed by Weldon Manufacturing Company Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. According to the Social Security Administrations Death Index Irma's last known residence was Cogan Station, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.2
